Our ILEC Coach, Ryan Flanagan's approach involves guiding emerging leaders through four pivotal phases of the ILEC proprietary coaching process: Awareness, Assessment, Action, and Achievement. The journey begins with a comprehensive diagnostic interview and an assessment using our exclusive Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory (MLEI)®, focusing on "inner-core" development. This is supplemented by stakeholder interviews and our proprietary Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index-360 (STLI-360)®, providing insight into your "outer-core" effectiveness.

Throughout this process, Our ILEC Coach, Ryan Flanagan's  may "shadow" executives during key organisational activities such as development meetings, presentations, and stakeholder interactions. This immersive approach allows for a deep dive into the executive’s performance, with Ryan providing detailed feedback and observations across multiple sessions. The focus then shifts to crafting and executing a personalised leadership and development plan, leveraging strengths and addressing areas for growth, with Ryan partnering closely with the executive to ensure impactful results.

A cornerstone of the ILEC methodology is its "stakeholder" focus. Executives are encouraged to engage with their stakeholders throughout their journey, garnering invaluable insights into their leadership effectiveness and areas for improvement. For engagements extending beyond 6 months, we employ the innovative LeaderWatch® Survey at three-month intervals.
